Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle at Cbents in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes.

피고인은 2017. 12. 28. 21:23 경 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.144% 의 술에 취한 상태로 위 벤츠 승용차를 운전하여 서울 강남구 언 주로 30길 26에 있는 삼성 타워 팰리스 앞 편도 1 차로 도로를 영동 3 교 방면에서 늘 벗공원 사거리 방향으로 진행하게 되었다.

Since there is a center line of yellow solid lines, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle shall not drive a motor vehicle while normal driving is difficult due to influence of alcohol, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to thoroughly drive the motor vehicle on the front side and safely drive the motor vehicle in order to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so, led the victim D (35 tax) who was driven by the driver’s vehicle running at the driver’s line in the middle line due to the negligence of driving the center line, to ben the front part of the E vehicle in front of benz car.

As a result, the Defendant suffered, by negligence on the part of the above business, the injury to the above victim D, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and the injury to the victim F (M, 33 years of age) who was on board the damaged vehicle, such as cage cages and tensions in need of medical treatment for about three weeks.
