Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Power of crime] On November 25, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in this court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 8, 2017.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant and the victim C (n, 30 years of age) were divorced at the first hospitalization of the alcohol treatment hospital around April 2015, and only one month after filing a marriage report around July 2015, and continued to live together even after divorce.
1.
