A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

Around December 2017, the Defendant first returned to Vietnam on the premise that he was married or married, and from January 2018, the Defendant was in de facto marital relationship with the victim D (a family name, 10 years old, female) and the victim E (a family name, nine years old, and South) who gave birth between the former husband C and the former husband, and the victims were in de facto marital status with the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victims under the age of 13.

2. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (child abuse);

A. From January 2018 to March 2018, the Defendant does not hear the horses of the Defendant within a ward, such as Paragraph 1(a) of the No. 1 at night hours.
