Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 29, 1981, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny at the Mapo-si Office of Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office, and on January 29, 1984, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Central District Court for larceny; on April 1, 1986, ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny; on December 14, 1990, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court on November 16, 1995; on November 16, 1995, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Seoul Central District Court on August 17, 199; on March 16, 2003, the Seoul Central District Court sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc.
【Criminal Facts】
1.
