Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the resident of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and the victim D is the director of the management office of the apartment.

On October 13, 2014, at the above apartment management office around 13:00, the Defendant accused the victim as embezzlement of management expenses at the Incheon Southern Police Station, and the victim complained of the fact that he did not attend the police on the date of appearance and reported his duties on the date of appearance and returned to the office, thereby obstructing the victim’s apartment management by force by avoiding a small amount of KRW 1 hour per hour as much as the victim cannot be seen as the management duties.
