Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on November 10, 2013, the Defendant participated in the “National Workers’ Competition” held at the Seoul Square. At around 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant was driving along with approximately 15,00 participants in other assemblies at around 16:20 on the same day while leaving the lane from Seoul Square to 4 in the direction of proceeding from 16:57 to 17:40 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the passage of an unspecified number of vehicles by getting out of the place reported from 16:57 on the same day to 16:5 to 17:40 on the same day, and driving along the intersection 4 in the direction of proceeding to 6:0 crosssection 4 along the intersection.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
