Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 14:00 on November 10, 2013, the Defendant participated in the “National Workers’ Competition” organized by the Korean Democratic Workers’ Union Federation (hereinafter “Korean Workers’ Union Federation”) held at the Seoul square on the 16:20th day. At around 16:20 on the same day, the Defendant was driving along with approximately 15,00 participants in other assemblies, and 15:0 on the 16:20 on the 16:20 day, the Defendant obstructed the passage of many and unspecified vehicles by getting out of the reported place from around 16:55 to 18:10 on the 16:5 of the same day, and 4 in the intersection, 4 in the intersection, 4 in the intersection, 5 in the intersection, 5 in the intersection, and 6 in the intersection, thereby interfering with the passage of many and unspecified vehicles by demonstration and assembly.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with other participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land by other means.
