Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle B high-speed.
On May 19, 2012, at around 20:20, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.091% without a car driver’s license, and driven the road of four-lanes in front of the 426-1 Maren-dong, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, Busan Metropolitan City along four-lanes from the middle distance of the Twelve to the middle distance of the Twelve.
