A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1. Although the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice as stated in the above criminal records, on May 29, 2013, the Defendant driven an Etop vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of about 0.292% of alcohol content without obtaining a driver’s license at a section of about 300 meters from the front day of the racing-si to the front day of the D police box, around 300 meters of alcohol level.

Although the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act twice or more as stated in the above criminal power and Paragraph (1), on July 11, 2013, at around 08:20, the Defendant driven an E-to-be vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 1km alcohol concentration 0.245% without obtaining a driver’s license in the section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in the Young-si F to the front of the H elementary school located in G, from July 11, 2013 to the front of the H elementary school located in G.
