A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

On October 28, 2011, the Defendant was transferred to the Seoul Central District Court for special larceny, and was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a short term of one year and six months at the Suwon District Court for special larceny on August 20, 2014. On March 31, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night buildings, intrusion theft, etc. at the Ulsan District Court for a short term of ten years and completed the execution of the sentence in the previous prison on January 14, 2019.

On April 21, 2019, at around 02:14, the Defendant: (a) opened a door at the D coffee shop operated by the victim C in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) opened the door, and intruded the inside; and (c) cut off with cash of KRW 2.30,000,000, which was the victim’s possession in the credit cooperative located in the calculation unit; and (d) committed a theft of the victim’s property by intrusion upon the victim’s property from the aforementioned date to April 30, 2019, as described in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
