Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person engaging in driving a Fchip car.
On July 27, 2016, from around 08:59:58 to around 09:00:00, the Defendant driven the said car and turned to the left two-lanes in the direction of the sea line in the direction of the Home Purging at the time of globalization.

2. Defendant B is a foreigner of the Republic of Korea’s nationality of the business B, and is a person engaging in driving of a G AW car.
