Nevertheless, the Defendant, without permission from December 2, 2011 to June 2012, 391.04 square meters in size, 126.6 square meters in size, 4 households, 126.6 square meters in size, 3 square meters in size of 126.6 square meters in size, 4 households, 126.6 square meters in size, and 3 square meters in size of 126.6 square meters in size, extended the walls with a brick, and 2 households in size permitted by installing toilets and kitchens in each room, and substantially repaired the multi-family houses of 7 households in total, with a multi-family house of 7 households in size.

(b) Any person who intends to extend a building with a total floor area of at least 85 square meters shall obtain permission from the Special Self-Governing City Mayor, the Special Self-Governing Province Governor, or

Nevertheless, without permission, the Defendant extended three households in total by one household of multi-family house of 13.85 square meters on the fourth floor and 21.84 square meters on the second floor of the building in the above paragraph (a), the place, and the second floor of the building.

2. A person who intends to build a building, etc. violating the Parking Lot Act shall establish an annexed parking lot so that vehicles may be parked in the number of vehicles prescribed by the related Acts and subordinate statutes;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not establish an annexed parking lot of eight-eight percent of the total one per household required for the added eight households while making a large-scale repair and extension of the above multi-family house at the time and place of the above paragraph (1).
