Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment for a crime of intimidation in the Jeonju District Court’s branch court’s branch court, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on October 21 of the same year.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is a person who actually operates the “C” in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City of Jung-dong, and D is a representative in the name of “C” as the head of the Defendant’s South Korea, and E is the remainder of the Defendant’s South Korea.

On January 2018, the Defendant: (a) prepared a false “standard work contract” to employ E as a worker for the business of selling tickets and facility management in the process of the selection of a subsidized business operator of the former Small and Medium Business, which was implemented by the Seoul Small and Medium Business, and submitted a business plan for local subsidies in the name of D to the regular Eup viewing; and (b) prepared a false document and submitted it to the regular Eup meeting to obtain local subsidies as personnel expenses for E, as if E had worked as a worker for the tickets and facility management.

On January 30, 2018, the Defendant applied for subsidies for “G subsidies” in the Jung-Eup F Office located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, 234, in order to grant subsidies on January 30, 2018, the Defendant prepared a false application for subsidies as if he/she had worked in the absence of a ticket and facility management service, and submitted it to H public officials in charge of the provision of local subsidies for Jung-Eup, and the Defendant was provided with subsidies for KRW 1,613,70 in the name of personnel expenses for Eul from Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-gu, 2018 to September 5, 2018, and received KRW 12,649,320 won in total for eight times, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

As a result, the defendant was provided with local subsidies by deceiving the victim and receiving property at the same time by false application.
