1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 33,258,723 and KRW 21,056,630 among them, per annum from September 30, 2015 to the date of full payment.

The facts as stated in the Reasons for Claim Nos. 1 through 3 do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by comprehensively taking into account the overall purport of the pleadings. As such, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 35.9% per annum from September 30, 2015, which is the day following the last day of calculating damages for delay, to the day of full payment, with respect to the amount of KRW 33,258,723 of the principal and interest of loan and the balance of the principal of loan 21,056,630 of the loan, to the day of full payment.
