1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 25,978,620 and KRW 19,657,120 among them, per annum from July 17, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments as to the evidence Nos. 1 through 3, the Defendant obtained a loan of KRW 30 million from the Plaintiff (formerly changed trade name: 48 months; 27.9% per annum; 35.9% per annum; 45.9% per annum) on July 27, 2012. However, as of August 6, 2014, the Defendant lost the benefit of time due to delay in paying interest, etc. that the Defendant shall pay every month from August 6, 2014; the principal and interest of the loan as of July 16, 2015, shall be 19,657,120 won; interest 1,34,110 won; 57,230 won; damages for delay; 4,930,160, 2597, 209, etc.

According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the sum of the principal and interest of KRW 25,978,620 as well as damages for delay calculated by the rate of 35.9% per annum from July 17, 2015 to the date of full payment of the principal and interest of KRW 19,657,120.

Therefore, the claim of this case is justified.
