A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a partner of C, was on December 2008 to October 201, when working in the Purchase Quality Team in the form of dispatch from C, the Defendant intended to acquire money from the representative director of E Co., Ltd. However, at the time, the Defendant was a partner of C, who was dispatched to C, and was not the director of C, and was not the head of C at the time of dispatch, and was at a location to exercise influence over C’s activities.
