A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Forgery of private documents under C, uttering of falsified investigation documents, and fraud;
A. A. Around January 8, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had F, an employee, who is aware of the fact, sign a “C”, “H”, and “C” on the name column of the G Service New Contract; and (b) had the customer column of the application for membership arbitrarily sign a private document on his/her name.
Accordingly, the defendant forged a new service contract in the name of C for the purpose of exercising the right.
B. The Defendant’s uttering of the above investigation document
At the same time and at the same place as the paragraph, SK Telecom agent sent a forged new service contract and exercised it as above.
C. The Defendant’s fraud is above.
The new service contract in the name of C, which is forged at the same time and at the same place as the above, was forwarded to the victim SK Telecom, and the equipment was used to use the mobile phone opening from the victim to obtain the profit of property equivalent to KRW 906,890.
2. Forgery of private documents under the name of I, the uttering of a falsified investigation document, and fraud;
A. 3 The criminal defendant is guilty.
