1. The defendant shall pay 35,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 2, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

In addition to the purport of the argument in Gap evidence Nos. 1, 200,000 won on September 1, 2006, 200,000 won on September 5, 2006, and 1,000,000 won on September 8, 2006, and 1,000,000 won on September 20, 2006, and 1,50,000 won on September 20, 2006, and 35,50,000 won on November 13, 206.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 35,500,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 2, 2017 to the date of full payment, which is the day after the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
