Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant became aware of the victim B (n, 19 years old) through the Kakakao Kakak Fuse case, and consulted about the male-child relationship of the victim, and the victim asked the defendant to mixed his male-child relationship.

1. 2. Around March 27, 2019, the Defendant, using the Kakakao Stockholm message, sent the victim “I wish to know to the police that he would have caused the assault of the South-North Korean child-friendly relationship.” The Defendant created a new Kakao Stockholm account, carried out as an organized violence, and frighted to the victim “the victim would have caused the assault of the South-North Korean child-friendly relationship.”

As above, the Defendant got 20,000 won from the E-bank account (Account Number: F) in the name of the Defendant, which was frightened by the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.

3. A defendant who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Confidentiality, etc.) has been sentenced by the Gwangju High Court on September 29, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for deemed rape among minors, and the judgment becomes final and conclusive on December 15, 2016.
