A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of four months.

However, as to Defendant A, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant had sexual intercourses several times with the victim C (the age of 22) and SNS. However, the Defendant had sexual intercourses, as seen above, and had sexual intercourses known to the victim, such as male-gu, etc., and had the victim received money by giving it to the victim, who would know about the sexual intercourses.

B.
