A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant damaged property: (a) around 23:40, the Defendant was accommodated in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Da (hereinafter “Seoul”), at around 501, the victim’s conference room in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon (hereinafter “Seoul”); (b) laid television mortars and chairs in the room without any justifiable reason while under the influence of alcohol; (c) laid the beer disease at a concurrent line; and (d) was destroyed by a wooden ber, a remote area, and a length plate; and (d) laid down a control tower in his/her hand and cut off the wires by cutting off the control tower.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the property owned by the victim in a total of KRW 1,610,000.

2. On February 3, 2017, at around 01:30, the Defendant: (a) committed assaulting the Defendant, i.e., the horse, i., Francing F (26 years of age) assigned to the Incheon Samsan Police Station E District of Incheon, which was dispatched to the site after receiving a report on 112 that the Defendant, while taking a bath to the said D, was damaged by the Defendant at the 1st floor; and (b) committed assaulting the Defendant at one time, i.e., F’s face, by hand, on one occasion.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning public peace and maintenance of order related to the handling of 112 reported cases by police officers.
