A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and the victim C (n, 58 years old) were in de facto marital relationship from July 201 to September 2015.

1. The defendant, who was detained and injured, had taken a funeral ceremony for the victim at his/her residence located in G on August 17, 2012, around 21:00, the victim would be the same as the victim.
