1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 53,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 18, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

1. Determination on the cause of the claim

A. The Plaintiff loaned KRW 3,00,000 to the Defendant on November 27, 2014, KRW 40,000,000 on December 15, 2014, and KRW 10,000 on February 31, 2015, respectively, and the fact that the repayment period was determined as March 31, 2015 is not disputed between the parties.

B. According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff a loan of KRW 53,00,000 (= KRW 40,000,000,000) and damages for delay at the rate of KRW 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from April 18, 2017 to the date of full payment, following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order, as sought by the Plaintiff.

2. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim against the defendant is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
