Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The driver of a vehicle shall pass along the roadway on the road that is divided into a sidewalk and a roadway.

Provided, That when a person enters a place other than a road, he/she may cross the sidewalk.

Nevertheless, on September 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-wheeled Vehicle around 15:50 on September 15, 2016, and passed the front crosswalk in Gangnam-gu Seoul.
