Punishment of the crime

On November 29, 2005, the Defendant was married to C from Vietnam on November 29, 2005, and was in the care of the victim D (Ga name, 13 years of age, women) who is his father.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by blood);

A.
