1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car.

On July 23, 2015, the Defendant driving the above vehicle at around 16:25, and driving the front e-do road in Gwangju Seo-gu, Seo-gu at a speed of approximately 3-40km per hour at the entrance of the regular market from the discharge of the gas station in a white day to the view of the entrance of the regular market.

At that time, there were a narrow road of one lane, and there were a large number of vehicles attached to a road A, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to drive the vehicle safely by checking well the left and right of the vehicle driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop and temporarily stopped on the right side of the Defendant’s course due to negligence, thereby causing injury to the victim F.W. (47) G 5 vehicle driving G K5 vehicle (W.) driving on the right side of the Defendant’s vehicle by taking about two weeks back to the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, causing injury to the victim F., and at the same time, causing damage to the said K5 vehicle’s c.m. in need of approximately two weeks medical treatment, and without taking necessary measures, such as immediately stopping, and providing relief to the injured party, while continuing to stop the said vehicle at the right side, and without taking necessary measures such as providing relief to the injured party. At the same time, the Defendant failed to take necessary measures for the victim H (38 S) driving on the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle with the front part of the 6-day passenger vehicle and did not immediately inflict damage to the victim’s 6-day passenger vehicle and did not immediately stop the said 6-day passenger vehicle.
