『2014고단3408』 피고인은 2014. 4. 11. 08:15경 서울 관악구 남부순환로 1598에 있는 지하철 2호선 신림역에서부터 사당역까지 가는 전동차 안에서 주변이 혼잡한 틈을 이용하여 피해자 C(여, 31세)의 등 뒤에 밀착하여 성기를 피해자의 엉덩이에 붙이고 비벼댔다.
Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in the subway train where the public is concentrated.
『2014고단5428』 피고인은 2014. 5. 8. 08:05경 서울 관악구 남부순환로 1822에 있는 지하철 2호선 서울대입구역에서 사당역 방향으로 가는 전동차 안에서, 주변이 혼잡한 틈을 이용하여 피해자 D(여, 23세)의 등 뒤에 바짝 붙어 선 상태로 피고인의 가슴과 배, 성기 부분을 피해자의 등과 엉덩이에 붙이고 비벼댔다.
