Punishment of the crime

On or around July 30, 2015, an employee under the name of Boscing shall make a loan of KRW 35,00,000 at the interest rate of 13% per annum by misrepresenting that he/she is an employee working for Hyundai Capital by calls from the victim J at a non-place on or around July 30, 2015: Provided, That this shall not apply to the case where sending money to repay the existing loan; however, he/she received KRW 3,00,000 from the SC Japan Bank Account (L) account in the name of K on August 3, 2015; KRW 2,50,000,000 from the post office account in the name of M on or around August 5, 2015; KRW 1,60,000 from the O bank account in the name of 00,000,0000,000,000 won from the account in the name of 0,005,000

On August 5, 2015, an employee under the name of the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, by calls to the victim T at a non-place and misrepresenting that he/she is an employee working for Hyundai Capital, thereby leading to a transfer of KRW 3 million to a low interest rate. It is false to the effect that “a transfer of money due to the repayment of the existing loan from the Ldcop is made.” In order to carry out a loan, he/she shall have the victim deposit KRW 700,000 with the U bank’s account (V) and deposit KRW 800,000 with the M’s post office account (N) deposit KRW 1,50,000 in total.

On August 5, 2015, a staff member in charge of singing the name shall be at a non-permanent place.
