Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant: (a) received a proposal from an employee under the name named “B” who was involved in the commission of telecommunications-based financial fraud (hereinafter “Sing”); (b) received a physical card from another employee, or from the nominal owner of the physical card, to withdraw cash with the said card; and (c) conspired to commit the commission of the singishing fraud with the said namelight winners, etc.
