A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered into the PDA in order to issue a notification to “influence creation” by two persons, such as slope G, etc. belonging to the Fhill Zone of the Jung-gu Police Station in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, and received a report; and (b) presented it to the Defendant that “the Defendant would have no reason to obtain a private person; and (c) brought a police officer’s loss cited by the PDA.”

As a result, the PDA cited by police officers kept away from the floor and broken down the amount, and the defendant damaged the above PDA to cover repair costs of 8,000 won at the market price.
