A. The plaintiff is a merchant who runs the active wholesale and the product brokerage business in the trade name of C, and the defendant is a merchant who runs a business in the trade name of D.

B. The Plaintiff supplied active terms, etc. to the Defendant, and the price for goods not returned from the Defendant up to now is KRW 168,486,550.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 168,486,550 for the goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 23, 2016 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
