1. Basic facts

A. On December 30, 2005, the Plaintiff is an incorporated association established for the purpose of contributing to the preservation of cultural heritage of modern architecture in the Republic of Korea through the investigation, research, education, and publicity of modern buildings on December 30, 2005, and 29 directors who are officers are registered at the corporate registry of the Republic of Korea.
