1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A’s clan (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s clan”) is a clan comprised of descendants of I and J.

Plaintiff

The relevant provisions of this case among the Constitution of the clans are as follows.

Article 5 (Resolution) The clans shall have the general meeting and the board of directors.

(2) The board of directors shall be composed of two directors elected by one or two at the end of the term of office as the highest decision-making executive organ of a clan, and its members shall be composed of two Kmphs, two Lmphs, two Mmphs, one Nmphs, one Omphs, one Pmphs, one Qmms, two Rms, one Rmms, one Rms, and two Tms elected, and the board of directors shall report the list to the general meeting.

Article 10 (1) (Convocation of Board of Directors) (1) The board of directors shall be convened and chaired by the chief director.

(2) The chief director may, if deemed necessary, convene a meeting of the board of directors.

(3) The chief director shall convene a meeting of the board of directors within twenty (20) days from the date of the request for such meeting in any of the following cases:

(A)At least 1/3 of the registered directors request the meeting for the purpose of the meeting, the board of directors shall be held with attendance of a majority of the registered directors, and the agenda presented to the board of directors shall be decided with attendance of a majority of the present directors and attendance of a majority of the present directors. (1) The acquisition, disposal, constitutional amendment and disciplinary action of directors shall be executed with the attendance of at least 2/3 of the registered directors and with a resolution of at least 2/3 of the present directors, and shall be reported to the general meeting.

Article 12 (Establishment of General Meeting) The general meeting shall be a member of the class, shall be held at the time of salary and high-ranking expenses, and matters concerning the execution of resolution by the board of directors shall be received, except as otherwise provided.

The general meeting of Article 13 shall receive matters concerning the execution of resolutions of the board of directors which are the highest voting body of a clan, except as otherwise provided.

B. With respect to each of the instant lands owned by the Plaintiff clan, the registration of ownership transfer and the registration of the establishment of neighboring mortgages as follows.
