Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 22, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2 years of suspended sentence for larceny in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on March 22, 2012, and was sentenced to 5 months of imprisonment with prison labor in the Daegu District Court on May 16, 2013 and became final and conclusive on May 31, 2013, and was 8 times of larceny.
【Criminal Facts】
The defendant has committed the following crimes with in a state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to an inorganic mental disorder:
1. On June 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 16:50 on June 13, 2014, at the mutual clothing point of “E” operated by the victim C on the first floor of the building D, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) demanded the victim to purchase the items displayed therein as if he/she would purchase the items; and (c) demanded the victim to display clothes suitable for his/her own measurements; and (d) the victim had clothes and displayed the cre in the warehouse the cre in which he/she had displayed the store at a different location, puts the victim’s market value of KRW 258,00, 100 into a household, and stolen it.
2. On May 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime against the Victim F in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant stolen it by putting the victim F in a household room, one point of which is equivalent to KRW 179,000, the market price owned by the victim, which is located in the display stand, in the middle-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, by taking advantage of the bad gaps of the victim F’s response to other customers.
