Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who raises a dog in a breeding place located in Gyeongnam-gun B.

Any person who recycles wastes, such as Dong and vegetable residues, shall prepare facilities and equipment in accordance with the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment and report thereon to the Mayor/Do Governor.

Nevertheless, on January 6, 2016, the Defendant, without reporting around 11:00, used by the Defendant as a feed for raising by-products, such as ducks and hairs, which are animal residues, in the above breeding place operated by himself/herself.
