1. The Defendant’s KRW 10,957,50 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from August 24, 2012 to September 16, 2015.

1. The Plaintiff’s assertion on the cause of the Plaintiff’s claim was conducted by the Defendant’s “Csung surgery” (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiff sought damages for medical negligence on the ground that he/she suffered physical and mental pain only in the shape of snow, without obtaining the effect of improvement of cosmetic anticipated as a result of the surgery, while undergoing repeated surgery to correct wrong surgery results.

2. Progress of the treatment of the plaintiff;

A. The Plaintiff visited the Defendant Hospital in order to correct and improve the mind that the snow is well fright and left by snow, and that the snow is short, and the Defendant solicited the Plaintiff to perform the said surgery on August 24, 2012 when the Plaintiff consented thereto.

B. After the operation referred to in the preceding paragraph, the plaintiff filed an appeal against the plaintiff that the right eye was too narrow, that the front left string, and that the back string was too weak, and the defendant suggested correction through re-operation three months after the date of the operation.

Therefore, on December 7, 2012, the Plaintiff received both bring surgery (afterward surgery), tring, and local transplantation from the Defendant. After the surgery, the Plaintiff again filed a complaint.

C. On December 17, 2012, in order to correct the above result of the operation, the Defendant carried out a procedure for flabing the Plaintiff with a flab with a snife flab with a flab with a flab, and flab with a flab with a flab with a flab, and thereafter, carried out a flab with a flab with a inside.
