The grounds of appeal are examined.
In light of the relevant legal principles and evidence, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal principles on joint principal offenders and the rules on the reinforcement of confessions, as alleged in the grounds of appeal. In so doing, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the rules on the reinforcement of joint principal offenders and confessions, as otherwise alleged in the grounds of appeal.
Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
