The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the relevant legal principles and evidence duly admitted, the lower court was justifiable to have found the Defendants guilty of occupational embezzlement among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds stated in its reasoning. In so doing, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, the lower court did not err by misapprehending the bounds of free conviction doctrine, or by misapprehending the legal doctrine on the evidence of confession, contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
