Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.

However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall deliver, sell, forge, imitate, or possess a trademark identical or similar to another person's registered trademark for the purpose of using or making another person use such trademark on goods identical or similar to the designated goods.

1. On May 2009, the Defendant issued to the employees D of the Company C office located in Kimhae-si B, 2009, the Defendant requested the production of a paper box “Fash Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet” with a forged trademark such as the registration trademark of the Defendant, and a paper board (the rubber board manufactured to print the word “stick Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet Sheet” to the employees of the Company C office, which is marked with a forged trademark such as the registration trademark of the Defendant.

From May 23, 2009 to March 27, 2010, the Defendant received supply of paper boxes 73,750 tons (a quantity which can pack approximately 700 tons of a fake) indicating a forged trademark in the same shape as the trademark of registration of YY Co., Ltd. from employees of the Defendant, on the back to May 23, 2009.

As a result, the Defendant forged the trademark “Fast old day” for the purpose of using or making another person use a trademark identical to another person’s registered trademark on goods identical with or similar to the designated goods.

2. On July 2009, the Defendant, at the F office located in Busan, Busan, Franchi-gun E, requested the manufacturing of plastic packaging paper “Flapsed on the old path,” where the company’s pre-finite G is marked with a forged trademark, such as the company’s registration trademark of the flag, “Flapsed on the old path,” to be printed on the plastic packaging paper “flapsed on the plastic packing paper” (the metal board made to print the phrase “flapsed on the plastic package”).

From August 6, 2009 to February 17, 2010, the Defendant displayed a forged trademark in the same shape as the registered trademark of the Plaintiff, which was consigned to manufacture and supply by G to I located in M in the Geum-gu, Busan.
