1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 18, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

The Plaintiff partially dismissed claims against the Defendant for the payment of damages for delay calculated at a rate of 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the delivery of the complaint in this case until the day of full payment. However, according to the “Rules on Legal Rate of Interest” (amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; Enforcement Date Oct. 1, 2015) of the above provision, the Plaintiff recognized the payment of damages for delay calculated at a rate of 15% per annum from March 18, 2016, which is the day following the delivery of the complaint in this case, to the day of full payment, and the claim for the payment in excess shall be dismissed.
