A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of B Poter cargo vehicles.

On July 25, 2014, at around 19:50, the Defendant driven the said cargo while under the influence of alcohol of 0.188% without a driver’s license, and turn it back to the left from the Cheongan-gunan-gun, Cheongan-gun, Cheongan-gun, the Defendant received the front part of the Dh-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-h-

Ultimately, the Defendant by occupational negligence inflicted an injury on the said victim C, such as knee knee mane in need of medical treatment for about two weeks, and each victim E (the 54 years old), who is the passenger of the said cargo vehicle, suffered an injury to the said victim E (the 54 years old), such as an injury of an injury to the feee hne hne in which there is no open address for eight weeks.
