Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CDap Motor Vehicle.

1. On April 19, 2012, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents: (a) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.150% without obtaining a driver’s license on April 19, 2012; (b) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.150%; and (c) driven the two-lane road at a speed of about 50km from the right side of the Cheongan-gun to the right side of the road at a speed of about 50km along the two-lanes of the road.
