Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a report from 112 that the Defendant was faced with disturbance due to accommodation expenses at the Del parking lot located in Chungcheongnam-nam Budget Group C, and received a request from F to a policeman affiliated with the E-district of the Budget Police Station E-gu, which called “F son of Green Fe.” (hereinafter referred to as “F son”) and took a bath to read “F son of Green Fe.” (hereinafter referred to as “F son”), and used the face part of the said F on one occasion on the left side, and used the arms of G with a slope belonging to the same district unit where the Defendant avoided it.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers on handling criminal reports.
