A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

, however, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was aware of the relationship between Defendant B and the former So-gu E’s former E’s former E Medical Foundation having worked as the same person. The Defendant A knew that, despite the absence of a doctor’s license, G, a university’s prior owner, was aware of having established and operated a medical institution by using a doctor or an incorporated association with no capacity to independently establish a hospital (hereinafter “one-time office hospital”), and was recommended by the above G. Based on the recommendation of Defendant A and the above G, Defendant B was willing to take part in the operation of the said G’s “office hospital” by investing a specific amount of money, respectively.

No person may establish a medical institution, other than a doctor, dentist, herb doctor, midwife, State, local government, non-profit corporation established for the purpose of medical service, non-profit corporation established under the Civil Act or any special Act, quasi-government institution established under the Act on the Management of Public Institutions, a local medical center established under the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Local Medical Centers, or the Korea Veterans Welfare and Healthcare Corporation established under the Korea Veterans Welfare and Healthcare Corporation Act (hereinafter “doctor, etc.”), but according to the foregoing old Do, the Defendants committed the following crimes together with G

1. Violation of the Medical Service Act (the method of using a licensed herb doctor) through the establishment of H Hospital (the method of utilizing the licensed herb doctor) came to know K which was unable to independently establish a hospital due to the introduction by the J, which was conducted by the president of the I Association, but around January 2004, due to large financial accidents and financial difficulties. Around November 2007, K became aware of the fact that K had been working for the G Hospital located in the Jeoncheon-gu L Hospital located in Jeoncheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and around March 3, 2010, K knew of the fact that K had been working for the said K and K University at any restaurant located in Songcheon-gu, Jeoncheon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and explained the above N and Ba as above, and prepared funds necessary to establish the hospital, and the above K provided medical services, such as medical treatment, as the hospital head.
