Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol around 19:30 on October 6, 2014, arrived in the front of the Busan Bank that is located in the Busan Shipping Daegu return-do, Busan Metropolitan City on the D-si driving of the Victim C (58 years of age) in the Busan F-dong.

The Defendant sought 10,90 won of taxi expenses from the victim, scamed, and assaulted the victim, such as the victim’s scam, which read “Woo kb kb kb kb kb kb kb,” which read the victim’s chest on a drinking time, and the victim’s scam scam by generating the victim’s mouth.
