1. The Plaintiff has the right of lease under the attached Table on real estate stated in the attached list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an employee of the Korea National Oil Corporation who transferred to Ulsan U.S. Innovation City in accordance with the government’s relocation policies to the local government, and the Defendant is a public enterprise that supplies public rental housing units of UlsanB and C block as a public enterprise that constructs, supplies, and manages housing.

B. On August 20, 2012, the Defendant announced the public announcement of the public rental housing of UlsanB and C block (hereinafter “instant announcement”), and the major contents are as follows.

The date of the announcement of public rental housing: A person who, on August 20, 2012 (excluding the criteria for the special supply of housing in Ulsan Metropolitan City), has not been subject to the residential requirements, housing ownership (excluding the case of possession of housing in Ulsan Metropolitan City), but has not been subject to the special supply of the employees of the agency relocating the Ulsan Metropolitan City and the installation agency who first supplies housing to homeless persons at the time of application for public lease - a person who has confirmed a person subject to the special supply of housing in the relevant agency pursuant to Article 19-5 of the Rules on Housing Supply as of the date of application for the announcement of application ( August 20, 2012) and the Standards for the Management of Special Housing for Employees, etc. of the Public Institutions Relocated to the Local Area and is issued a written confirmation of "person subject to the special supply of housing" (excluding those who own housing in the Ulsan Metropolitan City) by the relevant agency (excluding those who own housing in the order of preferential supply) - Where there is competition in the selection of winner selection method, those who own housing in the order of first generation or household.

C. The Plaintiff is a householder who owns a house of one household and entered into a lease agreement.
