Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 20, 201, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine in the same court on April 11, 2014.

On June 22, 2015, at around 01:27, the Defendant driven BM-W car at a section of about 500 meters from the front day of the Suwon-gu film-dong restaurant in Suwon-si to the front day of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the road of about 07-15, under the influence of alcohol content 0.067% of blood alcohol content.
