1. The Defendant’s respective KRW 2,857,142 to the Plaintiffs, respectively, and 5% per annum from November 20, 2014 to April 2, 2020.

1. Basic facts

A. The I (J) was suspected of pulmonary color due to cancer in the upper end of the day, and was hospitalized in the K Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) on September 13, 2014.

From September 13, 2014, the medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital had I receive the settlement of accounts from September 13, 2014 to conduct the internal border test. On September 15, 2014, the Defendant Hospital started the internal border test on September 16, 2014, but was suspended from the examination at the subordinate part of the external border because the internal border test was not good.

B. At the time of the internal inspection of the commander, I increased the number of gals, gals, pains, heart bals and absorptions.

Accordingly, the medical personnel of the defendant hospital took measures to insert the corruption and the employees at around 17:50 on September 15, 2014.

At around 02:15 on September 16, 2014, I aggravated symptoms, such as clothes. The plaintiffs are children who are the successors of I (hereinafter referred to as "the deceased").

2. The plaintiffs' assertion

A. The medical team at Defendant Hospital increased internal pressure due to (1) negligence that caused the deceased to take advantage of static settlement and the negligence that caused the deceased to take advantage of additional settlement instead of closely examining symptoms after settling staticly, thereby causing an increase in internal pressure to the deceased. ② Around September 16, 2014, the deceased’s state rapidly fell after 02:15, but the deceased’s state rapidly fell, there was negligence in failing to conduct an operation promptly.

The deceased eventually caused the death by the negligence of the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital.

B. The medical team at Defendant Hospital is the head of the deceased.
