Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Jeonju District Court to a fine of KRW 2 million due to a crime, such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on August 28, 2009, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon Friwon.

On February 4, 2017, the Defendant driven a CF rocketing car while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.132% in a section of about 30 meters from the 5th floor parking lot to the 4th floor parking lot, at the government around 02:33, the Defendant driven a CF rocketing car.
