1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 23,796,951 and KRW 8,700 among them, KRW 28.8% per annum, KRW 211,700 per annum.

The Defendant, upon joining the credit card as a member of the Plaintiff’s credit card and being issued with the credit card on October 26, 1993, lost the benefit of the time due to the Plaintiff’s failure to pay the usage on the agreed date from September 30, 2015, and on November 10, 2015, there is no dispute between the parties in arrears as follows.

According to the above facts of determination, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated from November 11, 2015 to the date of full payment for the amount of KRW 23,215,879 in total and KRW 8,700 in total and KRW 28.8% in a year, KRW 211,70 in a year, KRW 24.5% in a year, KRW 7,581,840 in a year, KRW 23.5% in a year, KRW 6,722, and KRW 339 in accordance with each agreed delay damages rate of KRW 29.5% in a year.

3. The plaintiff's claim for conclusion is justified and acceptable.
